If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value.
Returns and Exchange
Before sending your item to be returned, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can guide you with the process. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We’ll follow the actual delivery date from the courier service we used to send your product as reference. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for handling shipping and costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send the exchange item to your preferred delivery address.
For product refund after delivery has been made, kindly return the item to the address indicated above. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
