KUALA LUMPUR: The 10-day training stint at Brunel University in London has done wonders for Mohd Ridzuan Mohd Puzi (pic).
The Perlis-born runner has shown steady progress when he clocked 25.21 seconds to finish fourth in the men’s T36 (cerebral palsy) 200m final at the World Para Athletics Championships at the Olympic Park Stadium in London on Monday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Group B favorites Malaysia and Ireland scored emphatic wins in the opening matches of the women’s World Hockey League Round Two at the Tun Razak Stadium. Nuraini Rashid was the star for Malaysia, who have never lost to Hong Kong in 13 prior outings, as she bagged a hat-trick.
